目的对某医院灾后重建放射场所进行控制效果评价,确定该项目的放射防护设施和措施在控制职业照射和防止潜在照射方面的有效性、适宜性,以保障灾区放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法依据国家相应法律法规及标准要求,在正常工作状态下对该场所进行监测,同时结合现场卫生学调查结果,对该建设项目的放射防护设施和防护措施进行综合评价。结果该建设项目放射场所设计、布局合理,各种防护配套设施及管理制度健全,各监测点辐射水平在0.10~0.36μGy/h之间,均低于国家标准限值。结论某医院灾后重建放射场所放射防护符合国家标准要求,可投入正常运行。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of a hospital for reconstruction of post-disaster radiation and determine the effectiveness and suitability of the project’s radiological protection facilities and measures in controlling occupational exposure and potential exposure so as to ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the public in disaster areas . Methods According to the corresponding national laws, regulations and standards, the site was monitored under normal working conditions. The radiation protection facilities and protective measures of the construction project were comprehensively evaluated according to the on-site hygiene survey results. Results The design and layout of the radiation facilities in this project were sound. Various facilities and management systems for protection were complete. The radiation level of each monitoring point was between 0.10 and 0.36 μGy / h, both of which were lower than the national standard limits. Conclusion Radiation protection of a hospital after reconstruction for disaster reconstruction meets the requirements of national standards and can be put into normal operation.
