目的 :全面准确地了解近视眼角膜屈光状态。方法 :采用计算机辅助角膜地形图仪检测近视眼角膜最大子午线屈光力 (Smik1)及与其呈垂直子午线屈光力 (Smik2 )。结果 :Smik1与Smik2 在不同屈光度间无明显关联。Smik1>Smik2 ,二者差值 (Δk)及偏心率 (e值 )随屈光度增高而变大。即近视眼角膜屈光力在不同屈光度间差异无显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,角膜散光多为循规性的 ,且随屈光度增高散光程度变大。结论 :角膜地形图仪能快速、全面、准确提供角膜的屈光状态指标 ,在角膜屈光手术中的应用价值将越来越受到重视。
Objective: To comprehensively and accurately understand the corneal refractive status of myopia. Methods: The maximal meridional refractive power (Smik1) and vertical meridional refractive power (Smik2) of myopia cornea were detected by computer assisted corneal topography. Results: There was no significant correlation between Smik1 and Smik2 at different diopters. Smik1> Smik2, the difference (Δk) and eccentricity (e value) both increase with the increase of refraction. The refractive power of myopia cornea was no significant difference between different diopters (P <0. 05), corneal astigmatism and more regular, and with astigmatism increased degree of astigmatism. Conclusion: The corneal topography instrument can provide the corneal refractive index quickly, comprehensively and accurately, and it will be paid more and more attention in the corneal refractive surgery.
