就如何做好改制企业工作这一话题,我重点对同志们说三句话,谈三方面意见。第一句话,遵纪守法是底线。从上海石化这几年改制企业的实际情况看,总体上,发展还是比较健康的,在提高自主经营意识、增强市场竞争力、加强内部管理、保持队伍稳定等方面,都做了积极的努力,大多数改制企业坚持一手抓发展,一手抓稳定,做了大量工作,取得了明显成绩,为上海石化的发展和整体稳定,作出了应有的贡献。
As for how to do the job of restructuring enterprises, I would like to say three words to comrades and three opinions. The first sentence, compliance is the bottom line. From the actual situation of Shanghai Petrochemical restructuring enterprises in recent years, in general, the development is still relatively healthy.
