研究了CoFeSiB基近零磁伸金属玻璃的应变感生和磁化感生各向异性。通过在T_a(=250~500℃)的横场退火和横场加张力退火后在T_c(=25℃)测量,发现磁化感生各向异性常数K_(um)是正的,并随居里点T_c以下的T_a的减低而增大;应变感生各向异性常数K_(us)是负的,并随退火中所加的张力作可逆变化;K_(us)的绝对值随T_a增高而增大,直至T_a=400~500℃。通过在T=25~250℃的测量,对K_(us)和K_(um)都得到同一关系Ku(T)∝M_5~3(T)(T(K)<0.6~0.7T_c)。讨论了获得高导磁性能的条件。
The strain induction and magnetization induced anisotropy of CoFeSiB-based near-zero magnetocaloric glass were studied. The magnetization induced anisotropy constant K_ (um) was found to be positive by measuring at T_c (= 25 ° C) after transverse field annealing at T_a (= 250 ~ 500 ℃) The T_a is lower than T_c, K_ (us) is negative and changes reversibly with the tension applied during annealing. The absolute value of K_ (us) increases with the increase of T_a , Until T_a = 400 ~ 500 ℃. Through the measurement at T = 25 ~ 250 ℃, the same relationship is obtained for K_ (us) and K_ (um), and Ku (T) αM_5 ~ 3 (T) is less than 0.6 ~ 0.7T_c. The conditions for obtaining high permeability are discussed.
