我院1983年手术切除一例左面部巨大神经纤维瘤,瘤体重900克,术后恢复满意,随访两年无复发。现报告如下: 患者,男,40岁,农民。左耳下发现肿块26年,吞咽、呼吸、言语严重障碍一年余,于1983年4月2日入院。19年前曾在外地医院手术切除左耳下肿块(无病理诊断),但出院后即复发,逐渐长大,近7—8年生长迅速,并向口咽扩展,现无法咀嚼,仅靠筷子推压才勉强进软食,睡眠时常被憋醒,言语含糊不清。
