2004年12月11日,WTO规定的中国零售业5年保护期结束,在超市业竞争激烈的条件下,谁抓住了消费者,谁就抓住了主动权。零售业是直接满足消费需求的产业,是经济运行的先导性力量。作为流通领域的主力军,零售业直接面对消费者,消费者购买行为的变化对零售业经营方式和战略规划以及商品组合等都具有十分重要的导向意义。
