目的对天津产酸枣仁Ziziphi Spinosae Semen进行质量分析评价研究,并与市售其他产地的酸枣仁进行比较分析。方法采用系统抽样结合区域分层抽样法采集天津4个区域12批酸枣野生样品,采用HPLC法测定其中的斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B、白桦脂酸的量。结果天津产野生酸枣仁中斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B、白桦脂酸量分别为0.810~1.925、0.695~1.708、0.201~0.390、0.651~0.789 mg/g;河北承德酸枣仁白桦脂酸量最高,达到1.654 mg/g。结论天津产野生酸枣仁质量较优,其中八仙山酸枣仁质量优势尤为突出,其他3个区域与市场流通的酸枣仁药材平均质量水平相当。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and evaluate the Ziziphi Spinosae Semen produced in Tianjin, and to compare it with other sources of Suanzaoren. Methods 12 batches of wild jujube samples from 4 regions of Tianjin were collected by systematic sampling combined with regional stratified sampling method. The amount of spinosyn, Suanzaroside A, Suanzaroside B, and Betulinic acid were determined by HPLC. Results The contents of spinosyn, jujuboside A, jujuboside B, and betulinic acid in wild Suanzaoren of Tianjin were 0.810~1.925, 0.695~1.708, 0.201~0.390, and 0.651~0.789 mg/g, respectively. The highest amount of betulinic acid was 1.654 mg/g. Conclusion The quality of the wild Suanzaoren produced in Tianjin is superior, among which the quality advantage of the Baxianshanzaozao is particularly prominent, and the average quality of the Suanzaoren medicinal materials circulated in the other three regions is comparable to that of the market.
