近年来针对房价涨跌以及资产泡沫的争议不断,楼市舆论场成为各方利益博弈的焦点。尤其在媒体融合发展的今天,一些被利益侵蚀的媒体平台,已经沦为资本和利益集团的“传声筒”和“扩音器”。本文基于当前房地产行业中存在的“五性”以及房地产报道中的“五化”特征,提出对媒体及新闻从业人员的对策与建议。本刊今年第6期曾刊发媒介批评《从一些城市的房产报道看媒体“客观公正”存在的问题》,本期选发此文,以期引发重视。
