目的:研究人工流产后中医综合调理对女性健康保护效果。方法:将佛山市中医院三水医院及佛山市禅城区中心医院门诊的200例人工流产女性分为对照组与观察组,前组应用常规西药调理,后组在此基础上应用中医综合调理,比较两组患者的流产后疼痛程度、疲劳程度。结果:观察组流产后疼痛程度、疲劳程度轻于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对人工流产后的女性应用中医综合调理,可促进患者身体康复,对女性健康保护具有重要价值。 Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) general conditioning on female health protection after induced abortion. Methods: 200 cases of induced abortion in outpatient department of Sanshui Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Foshan Chancheng Central Hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The former group was treated with routine western medicine. On the basis of this group, The post-abortion pain and fatigue were compared between the two groups. Results: After the abortion, the degree of pain and the degree of fatigue in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to post-abortion women can promote the physical rehabilitation of the patients and is of great value to the health protection of women.
