在地震作用下,像计算机、重要仪器和文物等浮放物可能发生滑动、摇晃或倾覆而造成损失。将这类浮放物简化为刚性块体,并把放置这些物体的基础(地面、楼板或台面)视为刚性平面。研究了块体在静止基础上的自由摇晃和在运动基础上的强迫摇晃两种运动的特性。用弹簧将块体锚接在基础上,作为防倾覆措施。计算表明,用很小弹性系数的弹簧,就可起到好的防护作用。
Under the action of earthquakes, floating objects such as computers, important instruments and cultural relics may slip, shake or overturn and cause losses. Simplify such floats into rigid blocks and treat the foundation on which they are placed (ground, floor, or mesa) as a rigid plane. The characteristics of free motion of the block on a static basis and forced rocking on the basis of motion are studied. The spring is used to anchor the block to the foundation as an anti-overturning measure. Calculations show that with a spring with a small spring rate, good protection can be achieved.
