对2205双相不锈钢-16MnR复合板的力学性能和有害沉淀相的腐蚀率进行测试,研究不同热处理工艺对复合板力学性能的影响。结果表明,2205双相不锈钢-16MnR爆炸复合板经不同工艺退火后,其抗拉强度和屈服强度大于490 MPa和325 MPa,大于爆炸态时的强度;其断后伸长率和0℃时冲击值比爆炸态均提高;其腐蚀率最大值为1.15 mg/dm2.d(mdd),符合ASTM A923标准要求。
The mechanical properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel-16MnR composite board and the corrosion rate of harmful precipitated phases were tested to study the effects of different heat treatment processes on the mechanical properties of the composite board. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 2205 duplex stainless steel -16MnR explosive composite plate after annealing are higher than 490 MPa and 325 MPa, respectively, which are greater than those of the explosive state. The elongation at break and impact value at 0 ℃ Explosion than the state were improved; the maximum corrosion rate of 1.15 mg / dm2.d (mdd), in line with ASTM A923 standards.
