利用漆酶/介体体系对三倍体毛白杨碱性过氧化氢机械浆进行酶法改性处理。研究结果表明,在最佳酶促反应条件下,即:浆料浓度4%,pH5,反应温度50℃,反应时间60min,通O2时,漆酶最佳用量为2U.g-1,最佳介体用量0.5%。同时还发现,漆酶处理过程中加入介体(1-羟基苯并三唑)后,纸浆的物理强度性能均得到明显提高,对漆酶处理和空白的浆样进行纤维质量分析和扫描电镜分析的结果表明,经过漆酶处理后,纤维表面状况发生了明显的变化。
The laccase / mediator system was used to modify the triploid alpaca alkaline hydroperoxide mechanical pulp. The results showed that the optimum amount of laccase was 2U.g-1 under the optimum enzymatic reaction conditions, ie 4% slurry concentration, pH5, reaction temperature 50 ℃ and reaction time 60min.
