钢件热处理时的变形是热处理过程最常见的缺陷之一,也是无法避免的一种缺陷。钢件的热处理变形主要是由于组织应力和热应力造成的。当然钢件的结构特点,钢材质量,加工状态以及装炉和操作的不慎均会引起变形,因此变形一直是热处理生产中的关键问题。针对各种零件变形的具体情况,采取各不相同的校正工艺操作也是补救热处理零件变形超差的一项重要的技术措施。
