以实验数据为基础,讨论了磺化酚醛树脂在生产、应用中及其改性产品出现的问题,提出磺化酚醛树脂的发展方向应该是改变磺化酚醛树脂分子结构,使磺化酚醛树脂在淡水钻井液中高温老化后不增粘,单剂在盐含量高、高温老化后就具有良好降滤失效果,在盐含量低、老化温度低时也有良好的降滤失效果。
Based on the experimental data, the problems in the production and application of sulfonated phenolic resin and its modified products were discussed. The developing direction of sulfonated phenolic resin should be to change the molecular structure of sulfonated phenolic resin, Freshwater drilling fluid does not thicken after high temperature aging. The single agent has good effect of reducing fluid loss after high salt content and high temperature aging, and has good effect of reducing fluid loss when the salt content is low and the aging temperature is low.
