案情回放北京一家出租车公司以员工刘先生没有遵守公司规章为理由,收回了其经营的车辆,随后又以其旷工为由按自动离职作出了处理决定。由于对仲裁裁决支付刘先生工资和保险损失的结果不服,出租车公司将刘先生起诉到法院。
Case Replay A taxi company in Beijing dismissed the vehicles it operated on the ground that employee Mr. Liu did not comply with the company's rules and subsequently made a disposal decision on the ground of his absence from office. Due to the arbitration award to pay Mr. Liu's salary and insurance losses result dissatisfied with the taxi company Mr. Liu will be sued to the court.
