目的:回顾性对比分析冠状动脉造影记录与存储介质中电影片、磁带和光盘的图像质量,以寻求一种较理想的冠状动脉造影的记录与存储的方法。材料与方法:收集我院1994年8月~1998年12月冠状动脉造影病例,随机抽出电影片摄影50例,磁带录相50例,数字电影光盘储存50例。从图像显示的清晰度、细节度、对比度、噪声、伪影等方面进行评判。结果:50例冠状动脉造影的电影片中,优质28例、良好17例、差5例。50例冠状动脉造影的录相中,优质26例,良好22例,差2例。50例冠状动脉造影的光盘影像中,优质49例,差1例。结论:电影片图像清晰,分辨率高,层次丰富。但图像可调性差,一经成像不易改变和补救,暗室条件和外界环境对图像质量影响较大。图像不能进行后处理和数字网络传输。磁带能记录动态和静态影像,可反复使用及配音处理。但是,磁带也不能进行图像的各种后处理和数字化传输,图像的噪声较大。光盘是利用数字化记录影像,重放时能进行图像的各种后处理、各种测量,图像在记录和传输时影像信息没有损失,光盘记录容量大而储存空间小,可进行远程传输和数字化网络,实行放射科无胶片化管理。但是,光盘只能一次性地记录影像,受损后图像不易恢复。
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively compare the image quality of films, tapes and discs in coronary angiography recording and storage media in order to find a better method of recording and storing coronary angiography. Materials and Methods: Coronary artery angiography was collected from August 1994 to December 1998 in our hospital. Fifty cases of electrocardiography, 50 cases of videotape and 50 cases of digital movie discs were randomly selected. From the image display clarity, detail, contrast, noise, artifacts and other aspects of the judge. Results: Of the 50 coronary angiography films, 28 were of good quality, 17 were good and 5 were poor. Among the 50 cases of coronary angiography, 26 were good, 22 were good and 2 were poor. However, the image is poorly adjusted, once the imaging is not easy to change and remedy, darkroom conditions and the external environment have a greater impact on image quality. Image can not be post-processed and digital network transmission. Tape can record dynamic and still images, can be used repeatedly and dubbing process. However, the tape can not perform various post-processing and digital transmission of the image, and the image is noisy. CD-ROM is the use of digital video recording, playback can carry out a variety of image processing, measurement, image recording and transmission of image information without loss, compact disc recording capacity and small storage space for remote transmission and digital network , The implementation of radiology without film management. However, the disc can record images only once and the images are not easily recovered after they have been damaged.
