2003年第一季度89个城市劳动力市场职业供求信息表明,随着国有企业改革和结构调整取得突破性进展,以及加入世界贸易组织对我国经济特别是制造业的积极影响逐步显现,劳动力市场供求紧张状况进一步趋于缓和。与去年同期相比,岗位需求和求职人数分别增长了68.5万个和53.5万人,增幅分别达53%和30%。求人倍率(求人倍率=用人需求/求职人数)上升到了0.86,分别比去年和前年同期上升了0.13和0.21,表明劳动力市场景气在持续上升。
