[目的]探讨中职生亲社会行为与心理健康之间的关系,并以此为依据为中职生心理健康教育提供新的思路。[方法]采用亲社会行为问卷和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对宝鸡市575名中职生进行测查,对测查数据采用相关分析、回归分析和多元方差分析。[结果](1)亲社会行为总分及合作、分享行为与中职生心理健康及其各维度间均存在显著相关,安慰行为与心理健康的社会关系与社会适应维度相关显著,助人行为除与心理健康的负向情绪维度相关不显著外,其余均相关显著。(2)在亲社会行为的4种行为类型中,合作、分享对中职生心理健康及其各维度均具有显著的预测作用,助人行为对中职生心理健康及其正向情绪、认知功能、社会关系与社会适应、自我概念维度均具有显著的预测作用;(3)与低亲社会行为的中职生相比,高亲社会行为的中职生心理健康总体水平及其各维度得分均较高;无论亲社会行为多少,中职女生均比中职男生存在更多的负向情绪。[结论]中职生亲社会行为与心理健康显著相关,可以通过中职生亲社会行为的培养和发展提高其心理健康水平。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between pro-social behavior and mental health of secondary vocational students and to provide new ideas for secondary vocational school students’ psychological health education. [Methods] A total of 575 secondary vocational students in Baoji City were investigated by pro-social behavior questionnaire and self-rated health assessment scale (SRHMS). Correlation analysis, regression analysis and multivariate analysis of variance were used to test the data. [Results] (1) pro-social behavior score and cooperation between sharing behavior and vocational students’ mental health and its dimensions were significantly correlated comfort behavior and mental health of social relationships and social adaptation dimensions related significantly, helping behavior in addition to And negative psychological dimension of mental health is not significant correlation, the rest were significant correlation. (2) Among the four types of behavior of prosocial behavior, cooperation and sharing have significant predictive effects on the mental health of secondary vocational students and their various dimensions, and help behavior on the mental health of secondary vocational students and their positive emotions, cognition Social function, social adaptation and self-concept dimension. (3) Compared with the secondary prosocial behavior students, the overall level of psychological health of secondary vocational school students with high pro-social behavior and their scores of various dimensions Both are higher; no matter how many prosocial behaviors, secondary vocational school girls have more negative emotions than secondary school boys. [Conclusion] There is a significant correlation between pro-social behavior and mental health of secondary vocational students, and their mental health can be improved through the cultivation and development of pro-social behaviors of secondary vocational students.
