目的研究对乳腺癌患者给予手术室护理来配合根治术的临床效果。方法随机选取128例来我院接受乳腺癌手术治疗的患者作为本次实验的研究对象并将其分为两组,其中64例患者作为实验组在其接受乳腺癌根治术过程中给予手术室护理,剩余64例患者作为对照组在其治疗过程中给予普通护理,观察两组患者的变化差异。结果实验组患者在创口疼痛情况以及不良并发症的出现情况均优于对照组患者,两组患者在这两方面的差异明显P<0.05。结论对乳腺癌患者根治期间给予手术室护理,不仅能提高手术治疗的效果、加速患者身体康复的速度,还能有效降低患者创口带来的疼痛以及术后不良并发症的产生,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of operation room nursing to patients with breast cancer to cooperate with radical operation. Methods A total of 128 randomly selected patients who underwent surgical treatment of breast cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 64 patients in the experimental group were given operation room nursing during their radical mastectomy , The remaining 64 patients as a control group in the course of their treatment to give general nursing, observe the difference between the two groups of patients. Results In the experimental group, the pain in the wound and the occurrence of the adverse complications were better than those in the control group.
