我院利用自制的鼻腔定位止血器治疗多种原因引起的反复性鼻腔出血,取得较好疗效,对出血量较大且传统医治方法难以奏效的鼻腔出血,效果更好。在使用该止血器的25例病例中,除一血液病患者外,其余均无再出血。鼻腔定位止血器选用麻醉用橡胶气管导管一根,成人用口径为10～30mm,长15～18mm;小儿用口径应取7～9mm,长10～12mm。导管外层套入1～3个可充气套囊。每个套囊长3～5cm,使用二只乳胶指套中段叠套而成,一端用胶粘结,另一端插入一根
Our hospital made use of home-made nasal localization hemostat for the treatment of recurrent nasal bleeding caused by a variety of reasons, and achieved good results, the bleeding is greater and the traditional methods of treatment of nasal bleeding is difficult to work better.
