(一)总的要求:要在全省貫彻毛主席的指示:『继续加强抗美援朝工作,需要增加生产,厉行节约,以支持中国人民志愿军』。在这一方针下,省人民政府、省协商委员会更要团结全省人民努力作好『巩固祖国国防,发展本省经济』的工作,在全省范围展开一个深入广泛的抗美援朝、增产节约的运动,貫彻到实际工作中去,貫彻到全省人民中间去。我们的要求:①争取抗美援朝的彻底胜利;
