1987年8月26日由张寿荣总工程师主持召开了《武钢技术》第五届编委会。会上由情报研究所原所长刘忆同志介绍了编委会的改组原则和《武钢技术》办刊的情况;技术部张钊副部长介绍了《武钢开工技术进步卅年》汇编方案。与会编委充分交换了意见,最后,张总对会议进行了总结。会议通过如下决议: 1.鉴于上届编委会成员有四位离休,一位调离,两位病逝的情况,本届编委会需要调整充实。按顾及专业面和等数进出的原则,本届编委会由26人组成,名单附后。 2.除由专业编委审稿外,再由编委会聘请一些专业审稿人员。
