目的:研究甘草甜素-苦参碱合剂对TAA引致大鼠肝纤维化的抑制作用。方法:大鼠采用TAA诱导肝纤维化模型,模型组给予生理盐水,治疗组给予低、中、高剂量甘草甜素-苦参碱合剂,阳性对照组给予秋水仙碱。测定肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、血清透明质酸(HA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)含量及肝组织病理学形态分析评价肝纤维化程度。结果:治疗组肝纤维化程度显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,治疗组Hyp、HA、ALT和AST显著降低(P<0.05),ALB和TP显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:甘草甜素-苦参碱合剂对TAA引起的大鼠肝纤维化有抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of glycyrrhizin-matrine mixture on TAA-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: The model of liver fibrosis was induced by TAA in rats. The model group was given normal saline. The low, medium and high dose of glycyrrhizin-matrine combination was given to the treatment group and the colchicine was given to the positive control group. (Hyp), serum hyaluronic acid (HA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB) and total protein ) Content and histopathological analysis of liver tissue to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis. Results: The degree of liver fibrosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, Hyp, HA, ALT and AST were significantly decreased (P <0.05), ALB and TP were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Glycyrrhizin-matrine mixture can inhibit TAA-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats.
