目的 探讨透明质酸钠制剂对吻合口的影响。方法 实验家兔30只(1.9~2.5kg),分为实验室组(15只)和对照组(15只)两组。对每只家兔行空肠横断后再行端端吻合,实验组吻合口周围涂布国产透明质酸钠制剂3ml;对照组不涂。术后10d切取吻合段小肠作病理检查。结果 实验组对合缘成纤维细胞及毛细血管数量较少,有胶原纤维形成,浆膜面被覆单层间皮细胞;对照组吻合口对合缘有急、慢性炎症细胞,成纤维细胞及毛细血管增生活跃,部分浆膜面有炎症渗出物,肠粘连组织为炎性肉芽组织。结论 透明质酸钠制剂在抗腹腔粘连的同时,对吻合口的愈合无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate on anastomotic stoma. Methods Thirty rabbits (1.9 ~ 2.5kg) were divided into two groups: experimental group (15) and control group (15). For each rabbit, the jejunum was transected and then end-to-end anastomosis. The experimental group was coated with 3ml of domestic sodium hyaluronate preparation around the anastomosis; the control group was not coated. Ten days after operation, anastomosis of small intestine for pathological examination. Results The experimental group had fewer fibroblasts and capillaries, collagen fibers and serosal surface covered with monolayer mesothelial cells. In the control group, there were acute and chronic inflammation cells, fibroblasts and capillaries Vascular hyperplasia, part of the serosal surface inflammation exudate, intestinal adhesion tissue inflammatory granulation tissue. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate preparation has no obvious effect on the healing of anastomosis even in the anti-abdominal adhesion.
