董奇(北京师范大学校长)要提升学校管理效益,必须跨部门协同,形成育人合力。影响学生健康快乐成长的因素包括区域、学校文化、教师、家庭等,必须把各个因素调动起来。改革是系统的,从区域、学校的管理,到教师以及学生的发展都要建立一个联动关系。对于学校而言,教研部门要打破学科与年级界限来开展教研活动,班级协同教研会诊分析,关注学生的精神状态、学习方式、师生关系和支持环境等,帮助校长读懂教师,帮助教师读懂学生,帮助教师读懂自己、读懂家长,用一系列的活动改善师生关系、同伴关系、与家长的关系,改善家长的教育方式,提升教育合力。
