针对常州市盗窃案件频发现象,为了从宏观上把握盗窃犯罪热点的空间分布,从地图上直观分析盗窃犯罪热点地区。本文采用核密度分析法和最邻近层次分析法两种方法制作盗窃案犯罪热点图,对盗窃案件的空间分布进行分析。寻找常州市盗窃案件犯罪热点空间上的分布模式的规律,减少“跟随式”治理,为基层公安部门进行资源优化配置提供辅助决策。
In view of the frequent occurrence of theft cases in Changzhou City, in order to grasp the spatial distribution of the hot spots of theft crime from a macro perspective, the hot spots of theft crime can be directly analyzed from the map. In this paper, two methods of nuclear density analysis and nearest neighbor analysis are used to make the crime hot spot map of theft, and the spatial distribution of the theft is analyzed. Looking for Changzhou City crime theft pattern of hot spots on the spatial pattern of distribution, reduce “follow type ” governance, for the grass-roots public security departments to provide optimal allocation of resources to provide decision support.
