目的应用微量泵入利喜定,在临床上控制重症、顽固性高血压患者的血压,以达到平稳降压的目的。方法采用静脉留置针联合泵注利喜定,每分钟500～1500μg,并严密监测血压,并根据血压来调节泵注的速度。结果 18例患者的血压在5min～2h内下降至正常范围,无1例患者出现低血压。结论经实践证明,微量泵泵注利喜定,可在较短时间内有效降低血压,是一种安全简便易行的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To control the blood pressure of patients with severe and intractable hypertension in order to achieve the purpose of steady depressurization by using micro-pump to infuse hi-xing. Methods Venous indwelling needle infusion pump was used to inject 500 mg / L to 1500 μg / min. The blood pressure was monitored closely and the speed of the pump was adjusted according to the blood pressure. Results The blood pressure of 18 patients dropped to the normal range in 5 minutes to 2 hours, and none of the patients developed hypotension. Conclusion It has been proved by practice that the micro-pump pump regulates the blood pressure and reduces the blood pressure effectively in a short period of time. It is a safe and easy-to-use method and worthy of clinical application.
