呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)是临床严重危及病人生命的一组综合征,近年来发现多数调节肽对机体都具有保护和损伤的双重作用。降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)是心血管系统肽能神经纤维释放的神经递质,它不仅具有强大的扩血管作用。对多种器官、组织细胞有保护作用。本研究采用放射免疫和右心导管术,观察了肺动脉缓慢逆行给药(CGRPO.3μg/kg)对RDS家兔血浆6—Keto PGF_1a、TXB_2含量、肺动脉压(PAP)和右室压(RVP)的影响。结果显示,应用CGRP后可见右心室压和肺动脉压降低,RVP和PAP的最大降低百分数为27±4%、25.2%(P<0.05)。血浆TXB_2含量由RDS组的492.34±61.3pk/mL降至267.4±35.72pk/mL(P<0.01).增加了6—Keto—PGF_ 1a/TXB_2比值。提示:CGRP具有保护肺组织、改善肺功能的作用,而这一作用是通过花生四烯酸代谢实现的。

The plasma TXB_2 level decreased from 492.34 ± 61.3pk / mL to 267.4 ± 35.72pk / mL in RDS group (P <0.01), and the ratio of 6-Keto-PGF_ 1a / TXB_2 increased.
