目前卡托普利与硝苯吡啶已被很多基层医院广泛用于治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病。我们采用卡托普利与硝苯吡啶联合治疗高血压病35例,并与单用硝苯吡啶治疗35例作疗效观察,发现对Ⅱ期以上高血压病联合用药较单一用药有着显著的效果,报道如下。材料与方法一、一般资料:按1978年WHO制定的高血压诊断及分期标准,属Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病者70例,按1:1随机分组。
