针对传统铲运机行驶系统磨合试验过程繁琐,效率低等弊端,设计开发出可用于斗容1 m3以下,小功率静液压传动地下铲运机的行驶系统磨合试验台。介绍地下铲运机行驶系统磨合试验台的设计背景,以及主要组成结构、工作原理和性能特点。该地下铲运机行驶系统磨合试验台投入使用后,缩短了整车的磨合时间,提高了产品质量,取得良好成效。
In view of the cumbersome and inefficient run-in test of traditional scraper driving system, a running system running-in test bench for underground scraper with low power hydrostatic transmission below 1 m3 bucket capacity was designed and developed. This paper introduces the design background of the running-in test system of the underground scraper driving system, as well as the main components, working principle and performance characteristics. The ground scraper running system running-in test bed put into use, shorten the running time of the vehicle, improve product quality, and achieved good results.
