目的探讨老年人甲状腺功能减退的速率及其与增龄的关系。方法1995年及2000年对群体763例同一对象进行两次甲状腺功能测定,对每一对象两次测定结果及其差值进行统计分析。结果男女合并统计显示(1)T3(nmol/L)≥60岁组合并统计(715例),T3值1995及2000年测定结果分别为1.96±0.40及1.77±0.32,及差值为0.20±0.41(t=12.86,P<0.001)。(2)FT3(pmol/L)≥60岁组合并统计(715例),测定结果分别为6.35±1.17及4.42±0.59,及差值为1.93±1.20(t=39.39,P<0.001)。(3)T4(nmol/L)≥60岁组合并统计(707例),测定结果分别为106.13±24.25及113.67±22.90,及差值为-7.53±25.28(t=-7.92,P<0.001)。(4)FT4(pmol/L)≥60岁组合并统计(716例),测定结果分别为15.33±2.94及16.78±2.95,及差值为-1.45±3.34(t=-11.64,P<0.001)。(5)FSH(mIU/L)≥60岁组合并统计(691例),测定结果分别为2.05±1.45及2.56±1.61,及差值为-0.51±1.53(t=-8.81,P<0.001)。(6)46例45~59岁组2000年FT3值亦显著低于1995年〔(如55~59岁组31例,1995及2000年分别为6.76±0.75及4.55±0.81,差值2.21±0.99(t=12.473,P<0.001);50~54岁组(11例)测定值分别为6.67±0.83及4.23±1.19,差值为2.45±1.65(t=4.91,P<0.001)〕。结论本组作为一个群体试验,间隔5年后配
Objective To investigate the rate of hypothyroidism in the elderly and its relationship with aging. Methods A total of 763 subjects in the same group underwent thyroid function test in 1995 and 2000 respectively. The results of two tests and their differences were statistically analyzed. Results The combined statistics of male and female showed that (1) T3 (nmol / L) was more than or equal to 60 years old combined group (715 cases), T3 values were 1.96 ± 0.40 and 1.77 ± 0.32 respectively in 1995 and 2000, and the difference was 0.20 ± 0.41 (t = 12.86, P <0.001). (2) FT3 (pmol / L) ≥60 years old combined and statistics (715 cases), the measured results were 6.35 ± 1.17 and 4.42 ± 0.59, and the difference was 1.93 ± 1.20 (t = 39.39, P <0.001). (3) T4 (nmol / L) ≥60 years old combined and statistics (707 cases), the measured results were 106.13 ± 24.25 and 113.67 ± 22.90, and the difference was -7.53 ± 25.28 (t = -7.92, P <0.001) . (4) FT4 (pmol / L) was more than 60 years old (716 cases), the results were 15.33 ± 2.94 and 16.78 ± 2.95 respectively, and the difference was -1.45 ± 3.34 (t = -11.64, P <0.001) . (5) FSH (mIU / L) was more than 60 years old (691 cases), the results were 2.05 ± 1.45 and 2.56 ± 1.61 respectively, and the difference was -0.51 ± 1.53 (t = -8.81, P <0.001) . (6) The FT3 values in 46 cases from 45 to 59 years old in 2000 were also significantly lower than those in 1995 [(for example, 31 cases in 55-59 years old, 6.76 ± 0.75 and 4.55 ± 0.81 in 1995 and 2000 respectively, with a difference of 2.21 ± 0.99 (t = 12.473, P <0.001). The measured values of 50 to 54 years old group (11 cases) were 6.67 ± 0.83 and 4.23 ± 1.19 respectively, with a difference of 2.45 ± 1.65 (t = 4.91, P <0.001) Group as a group test, with 5 years after the allocation
