目的:研究江香薷Moslachinensis‘jiangxiangru’的化学成分。方法:利用葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20、硅胶和MPLC等色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从江香薷正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物,分别为:methyl-3-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate(1)、corchoionoside C(2)、prunasin(野樱苷,3)、sambunigrin(4)、benzyl-D-glucopyranoside(苯甲基-D-葡萄糖苷,5)和(s)-pencedanol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,也是首次从石荠苎属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Moslachinensis’jiangxiangru ’. Methods: Sephadex LH-20, silica gel and MPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of Acanthosis cantoniensis: methyl-3- (3 ’, 4’-dihydroxyphenyl) lactate (1), corchoionoside C (2), prunasin , Sambunigrin (4), benzyl-D-glucopyranoside (5) and (s) -pencedanol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time and were also isolated for the first time from the plant of Mosla.
