采用液相色谱串联质谱法测定了多种食品中的全氟丁烷磺酸、全氟己烷磺酸、全氟辛烷磺酸、全氟癸烷磺酸、全氟己酸、全氟癸酸、全氟辛酸、全氟壬酸、全氟十一酸、全氟十二酸、全氟十三酸、全氟十四酸、全氟丁酸、全氟戊酸、全氟庚酸的含量,并选择离子检测进行阳性验证,采用离子对液液萃取法(LLE)和固相萃取法(SPE)处理,定容后供液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定和验证,外标法定量。该方法的最低检出限、线性范围和方法回收率分别为,1μg/kg、1~100μg/L和76.50%~110.00%。
