今年,是“九五”计划的第一年,我市外经贸企业进一步扩大出口创汇,积极吸引利用外资。一季度全市外经贸各领域主要指标均比上年有较大的增长,呈现出良好的发展势头,为“九五”计划的执行奠定了良好的基础。 一、外贸进展与特点 全市自营进出口总值为2349万美元,比去年同期(下同)增长106％,远高于全省5.3％的增长速度,净增额1206万美元。其中,出口总值1091万美元,增长13.8％,净增132万美元;进口总值1258万美元,增长5.6倍,净增1068万美元。 对外贸易呈现出以下特点: 1、进出口企业实力增强,积极性提高 我市外贸企业在重视两个市场,特别是开拓国际市场上取得积极效果。市进出口公司发挥外贸主力军的作用,进出口总值达1656万美元,增幅达151％;高
This year is the first year of the Ninth Five-Year Plan. Our city’s foreign economic and trade enterprises further expanded their exports and earned foreign exchange and actively attracted the use of foreign capital. In the first quarter, major indexes in all fields of foreign trade and economic cooperation in the city witnessed a large increase over the previous year, showing a good momentum of development and laying a good foundation for the implementation of the Ninth Five-year Plan. Progress and Features of Foreign Trade The total import and export of the city was USD 23.49 million, an increase of 106% over the same period of last year, much higher than the growth rate of 5.3% in the province with a net increase of USD12.06 million. Among them, the total export value of 10.91 million US dollars, an increase of 13.8%, a net increase of 1.32 million US dollars; total import value of 12.58 million US dollars, an increase of 5.6 times the net increase of 10.68 million US dollars.
