提供了用傅立叶级数逼近的方法,对配有高次方凸轮和n次谐波凸轮的配气机构从动件升程数据进行了逼近计算.首先用设计程序将同一配气机构的从动件升程表以1°、0.5°、0.25°、0.125°给出.之后,用逼近计算程序按0.01mm、0.005mm和0.002mm三个不同的精度进行逼近.结果表明,傅立叶级数逼近方法是进行凸轮配气机构性能分析的一种简洁有效的方法,且通用性好;与样条函数插值方法对比,整个工作段内函数统一,曲线光滑,为现存配气机构的运动学和动力学计算提供了有力的支持.
The method of approximation with Fourier series is provided to approximate the output data of the driven gear of the valve train equipped with high-order cam and n-order harmonic cam.Firstly, The lift table is given at 1 °, 0.5 °, 0.25 ° and 0.125 °, and then approximated using three approximations of 0.01mm, 0.005mm and 0.002mm using the approximation program.
