混凝土钢筋位置测定仪的校准一般采用各计量检定单位自制的校准构件,由于各行业缺乏对校准构件的计量检定标准,不同计量检定单位制作的校准构件材料、厚度指标各不相同。本文通过有关资料查询对仪器校准问题进行了深入分析,并采用HC-GY61钢筋位置测定仪进行了钢筋位置对测试结果的影响试验,得出校准构件中钢筋直径为12mm、16mm、20mm和25mm的位置最佳组合,可为各行业研制校准构件和建立校准构件计量检定标准提供参考。
The calibration of concrete rebar position measuring instrument generally adopts the calibration components made by various measurement verification units. Due to the lack of measurement and verification standards for calibration components in various industries, the calibration component materials and thickness indexes made by different measurement verification units are different. In this paper, through inquiring about the material calibration, the problem of instrument calibration was deeply analyzed. The influence of the position of steel bar on the test results was tested by HC-GY61 steel bar position measuring instrument. The results showed that the bar diameter of calibration bar was 12mm, 16mm, 20mm and 25mm Location of the best combination for all industries to develop calibration components and calibration standards to establish measurement standards for reference.
