以玉米骨干自交系郑58和丹598为试材,建立了芽尖再生体系,对芽尖再生的影响因素进行优化。结果表明,添加水解酪蛋白(CH)和光照条件可以提高玉米种子的发芽率;郑58和丹598在添加不同激素浓度时丛生芽诱导率达到最高;继代培养基中添加1.0 mg/L6-BA和1.0 mg/LIBA时外植体分化苗率最高。
In this study, we constructed a shoot tip regeneration system with maize backbone inbred lines Zheng 58 and Dan 598 as test materials to optimize the influencing factors of shoot tip regeneration. The results showed that the addition of hydrolyzed casein (CH) and illumination conditions could improve the germination rate of maize seeds. The induction rate of clustered buds reached the highest when Zheng 58 and Dan 598 were added with different hormone concentrations. When subculture medium supplemented with 1.0 mg / L 6- The explant differentiation rate was the highest at BA and 1.0 mg / L IBA.
