目的 研究病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控因素的变化及参白口服液的影响。方法 给BALB C小鼠接种嗜鼠心肌柯萨奇B3 病毒 (CVB3m)诱发VMC ,在接种后 3、7、14、2 0、30d对照观察心肌细胞凋亡 (TUNEL法 )和相关调控基因c myc、Bcl 2蛋白表达 (免疫组化技术 )、细胞因子TNF α、IL 6 (ELISA法 )的变化情况。结果 CVB3m可引起VMC心肌细胞凋亡 ,c myc、Bcl 2的阳性表达和TNF α、IL 6的变化参与心肌细胞凋亡的发生。结论 心肌细胞凋亡及其相关调控因素参与VMC的发生和发展 ,参白口服液有良好的防治作用。
Objective To study the changes of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and related regulatory factors in viral myocarditis (VMC) and the effects of Shenbai Oral Liquid. Methods VMC was induced by inoculation of Coxsackie B3 virus (CVB3m) against BALB C mice. The apoptosis of myocardium (TUNEL method) and related regulatory genes c myc were observed at 3, 7, 14, 20, 30 d after vaccination. , Bcl 2 protein expression (immunohistochemistry), cytokines TNF α, IL 6 (ELISA) changes. Results CVB3m could induce apoptosis of VMC cardiomyocytes. The positive expression of c myc and Bcl 2 and the changes of TNF α and IL 6 involved in the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. Conclusion Cardiomyocyte apoptosis and its related regulatory factors are involved in the occurrence and development of VMC. Shenbai Oral Liquid has good preventive and therapeutic effects.
