目的研究α-细辛脑自微乳化释药系统的处方。方法通过假三元相图和粒径分析进行处方筛选。在假三元相图中分别以油酸乙酯和Myglyol812N为油相,以吐温80和Cremophor EL为乳化剂,以PEG400和Labrasol为助乳化剂,通过自微乳化区域比较,初步确定3个处方;再进一步通过粒径分析,以最小粒径的处方为最佳处方。结果最佳处方组成为m(油酸乙酯):m(吐温80):m(PEG400)=20:60:20,其中药物含量的质量分数为6%。结论可以将α-细辛脑制成自微乳化释药系统。
Objective To study the prescription of a-asarone brain self-microemulsifying drug delivery system. Methods Prescription screening was performed by means of pseudo-ternary phase diagram and particle size analysis. In the pseudo-ternary phase diagram, ethyl oleate and Myglyol 812N were used as oil phase, Tween 80 and Cremophor EL as emulsifiers, PEG400 and Labrasol as co-emulsifiers. Through the comparison of the microemulsification areas, three Prescription; further through the particle size analysis, the smallest particle size prescription as the best prescription. Results The best formulation consisted of m (ethyl oleate): m (Tween 80): m (PEG400) = 20:60:20, and the drug content was 6%. Conclusion The α-Asarone can be made into a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system.
