塑化支柱(以下简称‘支柱’)的研制工作分两个阶段进行.一九七○年九月至一九七一年十二月,采用北京日用化工二厂生产的慷醇树脂作粘结剂,利用广旺地区青杠条(柞木)为主要原料,试制了部份试件,作了载荷和抗水试验,并在井下进行了试验观测.发现支柱承载能力未达到上级计划指标三十吨的要求(一般在二十吨左右);抗水性能差(经水浸泡,出现澎涨,变形发裂,仅浸泡七天,承载能力急剧下降到六至七吨);用青杠条作增强材料,工艺难于实现机械化.
