本文对比了二氯乙酰氯不同制备方法的优缺点,着重对三氯乙烯氧化法进行了较系统的研究,考察了影响三氯乙烯转化率的各种因素。测试数据显示了反应过程中各化学成分及其比例的变化规律。本合成法步骤短,工艺简单,二氯乙酰氯收率达到89%,明显优于其他方法。
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods of dichloroacetyl chloride were compared, and a more systematic study on the trichlorethylene oxidation method was conducted. Various factors affecting the conversion of trichlorethylene were investigated. Test data shows the chemical composition of the reaction process and the proportion of the law. The synthesis method has the advantages of short steps, simple process, and the yield of dichloroacetyl chloride reaches 89%, which is obviously better than other methods.
