跨出浙师大校门,我(本文第一作者)有幸进入了浙江省有名的富阳中学教育集团,成为了富阳中学的一名化学教师。近两年来,在化学组浓厚的教研氛围熏陶下,我的专业素养有了很大的提升。我逐渐明白了“教教材”和“用教材”的区别。“教教材”是照本宣科,其结果是教师“死”教,学生“死”学;“用教材”是需要教师结合学生实际和学科体系,充分挖掘教材,灵活处理教材,形成自然、生动、富有灵性的教学素材,并能有效地实施于课堂教学之中。
With the rapid development of Zhejiang Normal University, I (the first author in this paper) was fortunate enough to enter the famous Fuyang High School Education Group in Zhejiang Province and become a chemistry teacher at Fuyang High School.
