轴流脱粒滚筒是新型工作部件,目前国内外虽有不少样机,但缺乏理论研究和资料,我们还没有掌握其规律性,因此设计比较困难。本文对纵向轴流滚筒的工作原理作了初步分析,提出喂入段与割台螺旋推运器相似,脱粒段为斜喂谷物作多次切流脱粒,分离段靠离心分离,谷粒沿滚筒外柱面作螺旋运动,并分析了谷粒的运动和受力状态以及脱粒—分离规律,可作为纵轴滚筒数学模型的基础,最后讨论了设计参数和功耗。本文用理论分析的方法确定纵轴滚筒的一些参数,然后在台架试验中验证,可避免决定试验部件参数时的盲目性。
Axial threshing cylinder is a new type of working part. Although there are many prototypes both at home and abroad at present, there is a lack of theoretical research and data. We have not mastered its regularity, so the design is more difficult. In this paper, the working principle of longitudinal axial flow drum is preliminarily analyzed. It is proposed that the feeding section is similar to the header auger, the threshing section is to cut and stream threshing grains several times, the separating section is separated by centrifugation, The outer cylinder is in helical motion, and the movement and stress state of the grain and the threshing-separating rule are analyzed. It can be used as the basis for the mathematical model of longitudinal cylinder. Finally, the design parameters and power consumption are discussed. In this paper, some parameters of longitudinal cylinder are determined by theoretical analysis, and then verified in the bench test to avoid the blindness when determining the parameters of the test components.
