目的探讨乌司他丁联合血必净对海水浸泡状态下兔腹部枪弹伤的救治作用。方法 30只腹部枪弹伤在海水浸泡状态下的新西兰兔,随机均分为对照组(只施行常规救治)、实验组(常规救治同时加用乌司他丁联合血必净),分别于伤后1、3、5 d,观察两组肛温(rectal temperature,RT)、心率(heart rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)以及5 d死亡率等指标。结果实验组治疗后在各观察时间点RT、HR均较对照组明显下降,MAP较对照组有明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组WBC、CRP于伤后各时间点均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伤后5d实验组和对照组死亡率分别为20.0%和60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合血必净可以稳定海水浸泡腹部枪弹伤兔的生命体征,同时减轻炎症反应程度、降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ulinastatin combined with Xuebijing on the bullet wound of rabbit abdominal in seawater immersion. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits with abdominal bullet wounds immersed in sea water were randomly divided into control group (conventional treatment only), experimental group (conventional treatment plus ulinastatin combined with blood-net), respectively, after injury The changes of rectal temperature (RT), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), white blood cell (WBC), C-reactive protein (C-reaction protein, CRP) and 5-day mortality. Results After treatment, the RT and HR of experimental group decreased significantly compared with that of control group, and MAP was significantly higher than that of control group (all P <0.05). In the experimental group, (P <0.05). The mortality rates of experimental group and control group were 20.0% and 60.0% respectively at 5 days after injury, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Xuebijing can stabilize the vital signs of rabbits in seawater immersion abdomen gunshot wounds, relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the mortality rate.
