目的:观察恙虫病疫区恙螨的季节消长,分离病原体。方法:捕捉活鼠,捡螨;螨的生理盐水悬液,腹腔接种小鼠,取发病者肝、脾、肾制印片或腹膜涂片,镜检恙虫病立克次体(Rt);采用IFA法进行血清学检测与分型。结果:从鼠体外共捡获11762只恙螨,其中小盾纤恙螨(A)2547只(占2165%),须纤恙螨(B)1596只(占1357%),临淮岗纤恙螨(C)2833只(占2409%),泰山纤恙螨(D)466只(占396%),太平洋无前恙螨(E)4320只(占3673%)。恙螨季节变化:A主要出现在9~12月,高峰为11月,是秋季鼠体外绝对优势种;B出现在10月至翌年4月,高峰为12月,是冬季优势种;C于5月出现,11月消失,高峰为8月,是夏季优势种;D主要出现在6~10月,数量较少,且起伏较大;E全部采自大仓鼠,主要出现在4~12月,高峰为7月。Rt分离:A共接种10批,分离到4株Rt;B、C、E各接种4批,分离到4株、2株和2株Rt。血清学分型:除C分离到1株为Karp型外,其余均为Giliam型。结论:A是主要传播媒介,Rt流行型别以Giliam型为主
Objective: To observe the seasonal fluctuation of chigger mites in the epidemic area of tsutsugamushi disease and isolate pathogens. Methods: Catching live mites and picking up mites; Mite saline suspension was intraperitoneally inoculated into mice and liver, spleen, kidney imprints or peritoneal smears were taken from the patients and Rickettsia tsutsugamushi (Rickettsia tsutsugamushi) IFA method for serological detection and typing. Results: A total of 11762 chigger mites were collected from rats in vitro. Rt separation: A total of 10 batches were inoculated, 4 Rt were isolated; 4, 2, and 2 Rt were isolated from each of B, C and E inoculation. Serological typing: In addition to the C strain isolated Karp type, the rest are Giliam type. Conclusion: A is the main media, and the prevalence of Rt is Giliam type
