综述了黄瓜耐低温的机制、遗传特性以及提高黄瓜耐低温能力的方法。黄瓜耐低温能力主要是由遗传因素决定的,而且加性基因效应为主。耐冷力不同的黄瓜品种在形态、生长发育、叶绿素含量、光合与呼吸作用、根系活力、蛋白质变化、膜脂过氧化程度和膜保护系统的变化以及电解质泄漏等方面均存在不同程度的差异。采用低温锻炼、嫁接等技术可以有效地提高黄瓜耐冷力;而采用传统的育种方法并结合先进的分子生物学技术,必将使黄瓜耐低温育种取得更大成效。
The mechanism of low temperature resistance of cucumber, genetic characteristics and methods of improving cucumber’s tolerance to low temperature were summarized. Cucumber low temperature ability is mainly determined by genetic factors, and additive gene-based. Cucumber varieties with different tolerance to cold stress had different degrees of differences in morphology, growth and development, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis and respiration, root activity, protein changes, membrane lipid peroxidation and changes in membrane protection system and electrolyte leakage. Low temperature exercise, grafting and other techniques can effectively improve cucumber cold tolerance; and using traditional breeding methods combined with advanced molecular biology techniques, cucumber will inevitably achieve greater success in breeding low-temperature.
