在油田进入中后期开采时,不能单靠提高注水压力来增加注入量,弄不好会产生套管变形。当注水压力超过临界注水压力时,将会导致地层滑动,从而引起套管变形。当最小水平主应力增大时,临界注水压力增加;当最大水平主应力增大时,临界注水压力减小。本文用红岗油田压裂时的工作压力,分析了该区的最小水平主应力。并引用以往测量值的统计结果,估计了该油田的最大水平主应力的下限,进而分析讨论了该油田注水井发生套管变形的可能性。
In the oil field into the late mining, you can not simply increase the injection pressure to increase injection, get a good casing distortion will occur. When the water pressure exceeds the critical water injection pressure, it will cause the formation to slide, causing the casing to deform. When the minimum horizontal principal stress increases, the critical injection pressure increases; when the maximum horizontal principal stress increases, the critical injection pressure decreases. In this paper, the working pressure during fracturing in Honggang Oilfield is used to analyze the minimum horizontal principal stress in this area. Based on the statistical results of the previous measurements, the lower limit of the maximum horizontal principal stress of the oilfield is estimated. Then the possibility of casing deformation in the injection well of the oilfield is analyzed and discussed.
