分析了我国森林经营发展历史与面临形势;指出科学经营森林需统筹兼顾,分类经营,突出重点;实行营林造林产业化是深化森林经营机制改革的重点;实施国家扶持林业经济政策是实现森林可持续经营的关键;建立林业生态、产业体系是实现我国森林可持续经营的重要措施。 This paper analyzes the history and facing situation of forest management in our country. It points out that the scientific management of forest needs to make overall planning, management by category and stressing the key points. The implementation of forestation and afforestation industrialization is the focal point of deepening the reform of forest management mechanism. The key to sustainable development; establishing forestry ecology and industrial system is an important measure to realize sustainable forest management in our country.
