一、问题的提出近年来,在“健康第一”思想的引领下,高校体育教学改革如火如荼。随着快乐体育、成功体育等教学理念的不断深化,高校体育教学中的民俗项目、趣味项目、休闲时尚项目等课程内容越来越得到广大学生的青睐。可是,田径课程内容越来越不受重视,呈现出边缘化的发展趋势。实心球作为大学生体质健康测试的内容也面临着同样的问题。因此,要想调动大学生学习的热情和主动性,就必须在根本上改变教学方法。本研究对激励教学法在大学体育教学中的有效应用进行了深入的探讨。

However, the content of track and field courses is getting less and less attention, showing a trend of marginalization. Solid ball as the content of college students physical health test also faces the same problem. Therefore, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students, we must fundamentally change the teaching methods. This study explores the effective application of incentive teaching in college physical education.
