目的:研究未治疗的安氏Ⅰ类错患者软组织特点及其生长发育特点,为临床上安氏Ⅰ类错的治疗提供参考。方法:收集安氏Ⅰ类错病例909例,按性别和CVM分期分组,通过头颅侧位片测量不同性别,不同颈椎分期患者软组织厚度和方向的改变,SPSS18.0方差分析后进行组间多重对比。结果:男性ULP、LLP、H角、FCA、H线与鼻、鼻唇沟及颏唇沟的距离基本都大于女性。鼻唇角大小正常,但性别差异显著。男女性患者在FCA和H线与鼻、鼻唇沟、颏唇沟的距离生长发育趋势大体相似。H线与鼻部的距离逐渐减小,男性上唇突度在CS1-CS4期逐渐增大,女性在CS1-CS3期逐渐增大,无明显统计学意义,但女性生长发育早于男性。结论:在CS1-CS6期,男性软组织厚度基本大于女性,鼻唇角性别差异较大。男女性别在软组织生长发育方向趋势上大体相似,但女性软组织生长发育早于男性。
Objective: To study the soft tissue characteristics and growth characteristics of untreated patients with Class Ⅰ malocclusion and provide a reference for the treatment of Class Ⅰ malocclusion. Methods: A total of 909 cases of Class Ⅰ malocclusion were collected and grouped by sex and CVM. The changes of soft tissue thickness and direction in different gender and cervical stage were measured by cephalometric films. SPSS18.0 analysis of variance Compared. Results: The distances between male patients with ULP, LLP, H angle, FCA, H line and nasal, nasolabial and chin groove were basically higher than those of female. The size of the nasolabial horn is normal, but the gender difference is significant. Male and female patients in the FCA and H line and nasal, nasolabial, chin deltoid distance growth and development trends are generally similar. The distance between the H line and the nose gradually decreased. The protrusion of the upper lip in male increased gradually during CS1-CS4 phase. The female increased gradually in CS1-CS3 phase, but there was no statistical significance. However, the growth of female was earlier than that of male. CONCLUSIONS: In the CS1-CS6 stage, the thickness of soft tissue in males is larger than that in females, and the gender differences in nasolabial folds are greater. Male and female gender trends in the direction of growth and development of soft tissue are generally similar, but the development of female soft tissue earlier than men.
